Red Light Therapy
Support Cellular Energy, Recovery, and Whole-Body Wellness
Red Light Therapy is a comfortable, non-invasive recovery service that uses targeted red and near-infrared light to support cellular function and the body’s natural repair process. These wavelengths are absorbed by the body’s cells and may help support energy production, circulation, tissue recovery, and overall wellness.
Whether you are recovering from training, managing everyday soreness or stiffness, supporting skin health, or investing in healthy aging, Red Light Therapy can be a restorative part of your wellness routine.
What Is Red Light Therapy?
Red Light Therapy, also called photobiomodulation, uses low levels of red and near-infrared light to stimulate biological activity at the cellular level. The goal is to support mitochondrial function – the part of the cell involved in energy production – so the body can better support repair, recovery, and healthy tissue function.
Benefits of Red Light Therapy
What to Expect During a Session
A typical Red Light Therapy session lasts about 20 minutes. You will relax comfortably while targeted red and near-infrared light is applied to the treatment area or used as part of a full-body wellness recovery session.
Before your first session, we review basic health history and screening questions. Red Light Therapy may not be appropriate for everyone, including people with photosensitivity, certain eye conditions, active cancer treatment, or medications that increase light sensitivity. We may recommend medical clearance when appropriate.
