Compression Therapy

Support Recovery, Recovery, and Whole-Body Wellness

Compression Therapy is a relaxing, non-invasive recovery service that uses dynamic air compression technology to gently massage the legs, arms, hips, or targeted areas. The sleeves inflate and deflate in a rhythmic pattern to encourage healthy blood flow and lymphatic drainage.

Whether you are an athlete recovering from training, someone who spends long hours on your feet, or an active adult looking to reduce soreness and feel more refreshed, Compression Therapy can be a valuable part of your recovery routine.

What Is Compression Therapy?

Compression Therapy uses specialized sleeves that apply controlled, sequential pressure. The gentle squeezing and releasing pattern helps move blood and lymphatic fluid through the body, supporting circulation and reducing fluid buildup.

Sessions are comfortable and require no downtime. Most clients simply relax during treatment while the compression system works through a programmed cycle. At Restore Lab, sessions are delivered with PT-led screening and safety-first protocols.

A typical Compression Therapy session lasts about 30 minutes. You will sit or recline comfortably while the compression sleeves cycle through gentle pressure patterns. Many clients use the time to relax, breathe, read, or simply unwind.

Before your first session, we review basic health history and screening questions. Compression Therapy may not be appropriate for everyone, including those with certain vascular conditions, active infection, unmanaged heart conditions, or a suspected blood clot. If you are under medical care or recently had surgery, we may ask you to obtain medical clearance before beginning.
